Who we are

Starts With You is operated by EcoStreet AB (startswithyouproject.com).

Age requirement

This platform is intended for users aged 16 and older. By using this site or purchasing our products, you confirm that you are 16 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 16.

What we collect

We collect your name and email address when you sign up for a course or make a purchase. Payment details are processed and securely stored by our payment provider, Stripe — we do not store your card details ourselves.

Why we collect it

To deliver the courses and content you've purchased, send order confirmations, and — only if you've opted in — send you occasional updates.

Coach Fred (AI chatbot)
Coach Fred is built exclusively on the content of the Starts With You book series and will steer conversations back to the topics covered in the books.

To log in, we use your email address and send you a one-time login code. We store your email and the number of messages you've used each month, to manage access and fair-use limits. We do not store the content of your conversations on our servers. Your recent conversation is kept only in your own browser and is cleared automatically after 12 hours without use, or when you start a new conversation or log out.

To generate answers, your messages are processed by our AI providers, Anthropic (Claude) and Voyage AI. They process your messages only to provide the service.

You can ask to see the data associated with your account, or ask us to delete it, at any time by contacting us at hello@startswithyouproject.com.

Data sharing and your rights

We do not sell your personal data. We use trusted service providers to run this platform: Systeme.io (website and courses), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Netlify (hosting), Zoho (email), and Anthropic and Voyage AI (Coach Fred). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service. You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@startswithyouproject.com.

Refunds and cancellations

Digital courses and content are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because access is granted immediately, purchases are non-refundable once course content has been accessed. If you have not accessed your purchased content, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting hello@startswithyouproject.com.
